Orcutt Insulation was founded in 2020 right here in Orcutt, California. The business started with a straightforward idea: homeowners in the Santa Maria Valley deserve an insulation contractor who actually knows the local housing stock and climate - not a regional franchise that sends whoever is available.
Orcutt has a wide range of homes. There are older ranch houses near Clark Avenue built in the 1960s and 1970s with little to no wall insulation. There are newer subdivisions like Rice Ranch where the builds are more recent but still benefit from upgrades. And there are crawl spaces throughout the valley that draw in coastal moisture overnight and need proper sealing to protect floors and framing. We have worked on all of them.
